Easy Meal Prep~ keep it simple!
Working full-time and trying to get filling healthy dinners ready before 8 pm has always been a challenge for me.
So I have made an effort to pick three good recipes a week, typically using the crockpot. Keeping it simple with ingredients I can just about dump in the pot, turn it on, and have it ready by 6:30 when I get home. What a stress reliever!
